When requesting quote information you will be asked to put contact details such as Name, Email Address, Phone Number and other personal information about you etc. Online Payments will require your bank details.

When you submit an enquiry form, contact us via email, making an online payment or enter any information into the website. These are all examples of when your personal information is collected.

We will only use your personal information for these intended uses:
Communicate with you information about a booking.
Ask for you to review your experience with Levin Mobile Bars.
Follow up any enquiries. (Phone or email).
How we are going to protect your Personal Data.
Your data will only be accessible to a very small number of people, this will be stored in a secure system. These people are required to keep all information confidential.
Third Party Disclosure
We will not offer or exchange to outside companies your personal data unless authorised by the customer.
Privacy Policy Amendments
Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be updated onto our Privacy Policy page. If you wish to change any of your data by calling, emailing or sending us your information.

Terms and Conditions
There is a minimum spend which is £800, this means your event needs to take £800 behind the bar for the bar not to cost you anything. If your event does not reach £800 then you will be asked to pay the remaining balance.
A Deposit of £100 will be required to secure your booking, this will be refunded to you on the day of the event.
You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking being made, you must inform us of this decision either in writing or via email.
The bar is subject to an approved Temporary events license, this license will be at cost to the hirer of the bar. You will also be required to complete the forms yourself, however we will be able to advise and assist where we can.
